Infact, it is said that a typical person should get about 8 hours of sleep everyday. Consistent Lack of sleep generally causes different negative side effects such as memory lapse, fatigue, aches, irritability and even some medical illnesses.
There have been several myths surrounding sleep as it relates to the different professions. Some believe entrepreneurs are in control of their time, are flexible and automatically get more sleep! Some think full time mums get the most sleep whilst some think career women are probably the ones with least time for sleep. What’s your take?
